By accessing or using the FixedFee service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.
FixedFee offers monthly membership plans for property maintenance services. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Plan details, including covered services and any limitations, are described on our membership page.
Members may submit work orders through our client portal. We will acknowledge receipt and provide a status update within a reasonable timeframe. Not all requests may be covered under your plan — we will notify you if a request falls outside your plan's scope.
You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
FixedFee provides property maintenance services on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee specific response times or outcomes. Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify members of material changes via email or through our client portal. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
